Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility
   1. Sullivan’s Stuck at Home Decoration Contest is open to local residents in the greater St.George area who are at least eighteen years of age at time of entry. 
   2. Employees of Sullivan Homes and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employee are ineligible.
2. Sponsor
   1. The Contest is sponsored by Sullivan Homes, located at 558 East Riverside Drive, Suite #102, St.George, UT 84790.
   2. This contest is by no means sponsored, fulfilled, or promoted by Facebook, Instagram, or their subsidiaries. The social media platforms are used solely for community purposes under the Sullivan Homes name and through the respective pages under company use. 
3. Agreement to Official Rules
   1. Participation in the Contest states full agreement to the acceptance of these Rules and Decision of the Sponsor (Sullivan Homes.)
   2. Winning a prize constitutes acceptance and compliance with Rules and Stipulations set forth in the official social media post.
4. Contest Period
   1. The Contest Begins on April 10, 2020 at time of posting, and ends May 01, 2020 at 5pm Mountain Time. Entries must be submitted between these times or they will be invalid and disqualified. 
   2. Submissions to contest will be accepted during the duration by use of the official contest “hashtag” online only through use of Facebook and Instagram.
5. How to Enter
   1. The method of entry will only be accepted through the designated methods in official contest post, by following the guidelines laid out therein. 
   2. Limit two (2) entry per person, per social profile, per household with additional entry rules displayed in official contest post for those able to submit a secondary entry. Additional entries received will be void. 
6. Prize Drawing
   1. On May 1, 2020 the sponsor will select potential winners based on votes from the Sullivan Homes office staff. The voting process will be determined by a blind vote as to not sway employee bias in relation to entry.
   2. The winner will be notified through social media message, if the potential winner cannot be contacted within a week (7 days) of winning, they will forfeit prize and prize will go to next highest ranking entry. 
7. Prizes
   1. Prize (1) $50 Gift Card to a Local Business (TBD)
   2. Prizes (2-3) $25 Gift Card to a Local Business (TBD)
   3. Prizes are final and cannot be exchanged in any way for equal value of product, cash compensation, etc. 
   4. Prizes are not sponsored by businesses involved, and were purchased in direct correlation to this contest. 
8. General Conditions
   1. In the event that the operation, security, or procedure of the Contest is impaired, disabled, or corrupted in any way including, but not limited to fraud, virus, technical difficulties, unauthorized human interaction, or in the event the Contest is unable to run as intended as determined by the Sponsor, the contest may be suspended or cancelled, and the prize will be determined as previously stated from the eligible, non-suspect entries received during the contest duration.
9. Release and Usage of Profile Information
   1. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release their prospective information, likeness, and image within constraints of social media profile submitted.
   2. Sullivan Homes reserves the right to use photographs submitted in contest as social media/web/porfolio content with discretion of supplier by entrance to the Contest.
