“I want to start off by saying, this home building was not stressful at all like my other ones. Sullivan homes and staff are amazing! I knew going into our interior/outside meetings we had a budget and did not want to do any upgrades unless we felt it was better to do while building the home. I got there and told Stephanie the same thing, and she only showed me the standard stuff. I could not believe Sullivan homes standard stuff looked like complete upgrades. I did go off a model… home and wanted the built in entertainment center, so we did upgrade that as well as the tall doors and Bluetooth system. Which the cost was very reasonable to do while they were building. It would have cost more to install later down the road. I had know idea what I wanted for colors, showed Stephanie a photo of what I did like and she put it altogether for me. Brian was awesome through the process as well. If I needed to talk to him or help finding things for the home like rubber mats for garage, quote on gates or any other questions he got back to me and told me who to contact. And this was after we had already closed on our home. Brian was still helping us! The entire process was smooth and easy. All my friends and family still can not believe I only had the 3 upgrades! I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to build or purchase an existing Sullivan home. I know they will be getting the best quality. Awesome job guys!!”
